Info
On February 1, 2027, Billy Lockett lands at SWG3 Poetry Club in Glasgow for a night built around the piano and a voice that doesn’t hide behind big production. The Northampton songwriter has that classic, song-first approach, where pop hooks, folk intimacy and contemporary soul sit in the same room without forcing it. Expect ballads and close-up tracks driven by direct lyrics, the kind shaped on open-mic stages and tightened over years of touring.
Having moved from hometown shows to the London circuit, Lockett’s path has crossed some serious stages, from support slots with Birdy and Lana Del Rey to tours alongside KT Tunstall and Lewis Capaldi. But this set is less about scale and more about connection: stripped-back arrangements, careful melodies, and songs that can shift from quiet confession to modern pop textures when he wants them to.
