Info
Will Young comes to the Brighton Centre in Brighton on March 6, 2027, for a concert that sums up why he’s lasted well beyond the Pop Idol label that first put him in the spotlight. His thing has always been that flexible voice and a way of leaning into adult pop without playing it safe: clean melodies, a touch of soul, and production that can flip from warm and understated to sleek and electro-leaning.
On stage, expect a set that moves through the different sides of his catalogue, from the early 2000s pop foundations to the more synthetic, contemporary direction he explored on records like Echoes, and the later releases that keep refining his mix of intimacy and momentum. Whether he’s pushing the beat or pulling everything back to something quieter, it’s built around interpretation and that knack for making a song feel personal without overdoing it.
