Info
Rod Stewart comes to the Uber Arena in Berlin on June 1, 2027, with 'The Final Encore.' On stage stands a man who since the late 1960s has fused rock, folk and soul with his rough, instantly recognizable voice, turning it into his own distinct pop conception. In the set you can expect the Stewart who over decades has swung between a brash band sound and sweeping ballads: songs from the classic early solo phase, later stadium-ready anthems from the US years, and that easy joy in interpretation that his covers have always carried. 'The Final Encore' is thus less a retrospective than a concentrated inventory: an evening that places the various Stewart phases side by side, without interruption, simply as a continuous live narrative. Berlin won't get a nostalgia show here, but a singer who understands the stage as home and sounds clearest exactly there.
