Info
On April 30, 2027, at Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre in Vancouver, Lola Young brings Everything Begins, a live set that puts her voice and writing front and center. Coming out of South London’s scene, she moves between modern soul, contemporary R&B and a kind of stripped-back pop that can slip into jazz or hip-hop accents without overloading the songs.
Expect a show built around intimate storytelling: piano-led ballads that leave space for her husky tone, then sharper, rhythm-driven tracks that lean into groove and tension. With a full-band setup, she stretches the minimalist feel of her recordings into something more physical on stage, keeping the focus on lyrics and delivery. It’s also a chance to hear how her world has grown since her early EP run and into her debut album era, where the narratives get wider but the emotional angle stays direct.
