Info
Northlane bring The Anemoia Tour to Vancouver on March 17, 2027 at the Commodore Ballroom, with their sleek, heavy blend of metalcore muscle and futuristic detail. Born in Sydney and built on sharp, syncopated riffs and progressive structures, the band keeps tension high by moving between harsh screams and melodic hooks. Over the years they’ve pushed their sound beyond straight metalcore, folding in atmospheric layers, electronic pulses, and industrial edges without losing that tight rhythmic drive. Expect a set that plays with contrast: dense, mechanical grooves, sudden openings into airy textures, and songs that feel both aggressive and introspective.
Allt open the night with a modern Swedish take on progressive metalcore, where djent-shaped guitars and fractured tempos meet darker ambience. Their songs lean into dynamic switches, from serrated screamed parts to more direct sung passages, with instrumental stretches that put rhythm and sound design front and center. A bill made for anyone into heavy music that’s as precise as it is moody.
