Info
With Garou 'Solo', Garou returns to the essentials and bares his soul. On December 14, 2027 at Casino 2000 in Mondorf-les-Bains, the Quebecois singer stages a performance tailored for the stage, born in the wake of Un meilleur lendemain (April 2025), his first album released as a songwriter. Ten intimate tracks, conceived as a fresh start, mingle with the songs that have marked a career spanning more than thirty years. Alone on stage, with piano and guitar, Garou builds a form close to a narrative: a retrospective that is both autobiographical and open, where he speaks of impulses, doubts, solitude in the great outdoors, solid friendships and love stories. Subtle technologies help widen the sound, without sacrificing the closeness. Between a cinematic universe and theatrical touches, he revisits his classics as well as his new songs in an elegant staging, driven by a highly visual set design.
