Info
On October 4, 2026, Project Nowhere lands at St.Anne's Parish Hall in Toronto with a bill built for curious ears: Kill Alters, World News, Man Made Hill, and Ether Girls.
NYC’s Kill Alters sit where electronics-soaked dream rock meets digital hardcore, with bits of found sound threaded through the chaos. Led by composer Bonnie Baxter, the band locks her electronic percussion and spacey guitars into Hisham Bharoocha’s heavy-hit drumming (known for his work with Black Dice and Lightning Bolt, and as Soft Circle). The result is fast-evolving, collision-ready songs that still snap into warped pop/punk structures, with Baxter’s voice switching from melody to sharp shouts and rhythmic cadences as tracks jump from hooky turns to drum-and-bass-like workouts.
Around them, London’s World News bring an indie new wave edge, while Hamilton-based Man Made Hill pushes experimental electronic textures. Ether Girls round out the night with a complementary left-field energy.
