Info
On October 1, 2027 at La Belle Angele in Edinburgh, Dr. Feelgood come back on stage for the “40th Anniversary of Doctors Orders Tour”, with Eddie and The Hot Rods as special guests.
Dr. Feelgood’s thing has always been straight, no-frills rhythm ’n’ blues: short songs, tight grooves, sharp riffs, and that pub-rock urgency that made their name in the mid-’70s. Expect a set that leans into the classic era—when their live shows were the whole point—while keeping the same hard-edged approach they’ve carried through decades of changing lineups.
Eddie and The Hot Rods bring the faster, punchier side of the same scene, where R&B meets early punk energy and power-pop drive. Built for sweaty rooms and shout-along choruses, their songs come quick and direct, with the kind of nervous momentum that’s been part of their identity since the late ’70s.
