Info
Talisco lands in Metz on April 9, 2027 at Les Trinitaires with his electro-indie pop, infused with folk-inflected hues—a blend of taut guitars, synth textures, and catchy refrains that linger. Behind the project, Jérôme Amandi has, since the 2010s, built a notably visual sound, intimate in its writing yet engineered to move a room. Révealed by Run (2014) and its tracks that became familiar thanks to synchronisations, he subsequently broadened the spectrum with Capitol Vision (2017), more electronic, then Kings and Fools (2019), more direct and rock, before Cinematic (2023). On stage, Talisco truly comes into its own as a full band: a live energy that drives the songs toward the dancefloor, without losing that subtle melancholic undertone. With Setting Record in Nashville, his fifth album, he brings back into play a 50s–60s rock scent, biting guitars and prominent organs, recorded in a raw, hands-on approach, close to the action. A nerve-wracking show to look forward to, between crowd-pleasers and new material.
