Botanique invites Local Slang for a club night on 2 October in the basement better known as the Witloof Bar. The line-up features Lyzza, the Dutch artist who has collaborated with acts such as Amnesia Scanner and Shygirl, and released on Big Dada. She has not played Brussels in a while, and we are happy to have her back at Botanique for a DJ set. Boukan label head Bamao Yendé is joining us too, from Paris, blending bass music with Afro-Caribbean rhythms.
There will also be a live performance from local rising artist Camillusonly. Elsewhere we have another Brussels icon on closing duties, Stella K, and Local Slang residents DJ Takeaway and Togo playing club sets.
