Marguerite continues to bring to life on stage her Francophone pop, where the voice and the lyrics lead the dance. Revealed to the general public on Star Academy, she quickly left the simple TV frame to move toward a more personal writing, somewhere between contemporary pop, French chanson, and touches of R&B. In her songs, she speaks about relationships, intimacy, all those steps in which we build ourselves, with direct melodies and production very much of the moment.
In concert, her repertoire plays on contrasts: pared-down ballads that leave room for vocal nuances, followed by more rhythmic tracks that tighten the connection with the audience. This tour is also an opportunity to hear the early tracks released under the name Marguerite in a livelier, more organic version, designed for direct, in-person interaction.
