Info
On 3 October 2026, Apparat lands at Hackney Church in London for a live set that moves easily between elegiac techno pulses and orchestral-leaning pop ballads. Under this alias, Sascha Ring has always played with contrasts: club energy reshaped into something more detailed and intimate, where rhythm, atmosphere and melody lock together and linger.
Known both for his solo work and as one third of Moderat, he builds music from finely cut textures, voices treated like another instrument, and subtle shifts that turn small motifs into bigger emotional arcs. Around LP5, his sound leaned further into songcraft without dropping the electronic edge, and that balance should be at the core of this show. Expect a performance that treats the stage like a lab: precise, layered, and designed to pull you in rather than just push you to the dancefloor.
