Info
On February 7, 2027, Two Door Cinema Club will come to Hamburg's Inselpark Arena for the '15th Anniversary Tour.' The Northern Irish trio, comprising Alex Trimble, Sam Halliday, and Kevin Baird, has for years stood for this fast, melodic indie rock that fuses guitar hooks with electronic edges. From Tourist History to Keep On Smiling, they have repeatedly opened their sound toward synths, disco impulses, and New Wave groove, without losing the essential: compact songs that move forward and work best live. As support, The Royston Club from Wrexham will be on the bill. The Welsh quartet combines twitchy riffs with catchy refrains and clear, unvarnished songwriting. After breaking through with 'Coasting' and their debut Shaking Hips and Crashing Cars, they have condensed their energy further and also aim for the stage with Songs for the Spine. In Hamburg, driving UK indie meets UK indie — two generations, one evening, plenty of momentum.
