On March 7, 2027, Souldia arrives at Théâtre Capitole in Quebec City with 'Monstre,' a concert conceived as an immersion. For 90 minutes, he builds a mental stage that evokes the aesthetics of 1980s horror films: lighting that hits, rising tension, and the sense of slipping into a parallel world.
A fixture of Quebec rap, Souldia delivers blunt, unfiltered writing, fed by street narratives and a social gaze that leaves nothing out. On stage, his blunt, unvarnished flow rests on contemporary productions where boom bap, trap, and more melodic touches intersect, with hooks that grab without smoothing over the substance. 'Monstre' promises a dense set, driven by electric guitars and synthesizers, between contained violence and more unifying moments, for a show that is experienced more than it is described.
