Info
On January 15, 2027, Wilkinson lands at the D! Club in Lausanne for a club-calibrated drum and bass set, balancing nervous breaks with melodies that linger in the mind. London-based producer Mark Wilkinson has delivered a drum and bass that is both direct and melodic, designed as much for impact on the dancefloor as for pop appeal, with tracks such as Afterglow, Half Light, Tonight, Take You Higher and Used To This. Accustomed to navigating between vocal anthems and darker passages, he strings together build-ups, punchy basslines, and more atmospheric textures, in the vein of his projects Lazers Not Included, Hypnotic, or Cognition. Remixes and collaborations are part of the landscape, but that night it is above all the energy of his mix and his mastery of the crescendo that take precedence: a show tailored for the body, without losing the sense of the refrain.
