Extra was born from a simple conviction in Marseille: to make curation its signature.
Create an identity capable of gathering all our proposals. Make people want to go out, to discover, to dance, to stay a little longer. And above all, never knowing exactly what awaits us.
A home for our Marseille nights. An artistic direction, a personality, a way of programming: free and demanding.
Here, an international headliner can rub shoulders with a local gem. A DJ set can give way to an unexpected live performance. No boxes. No imposed format.
Moving from the dancefloor to performance, from a party to a laboratory, from an evening to an experience.
No fixed venue. Extra can take possession of a club, a concert hall, a rooftop terrace, or a raw space.
Because we want to step outside the frame. Blending artistic propositions, audiences, cultures, sounds, scenographies and imaginaries at the right moment. Creating encounters. Causing detours.
