From Ghent, the project led by Jelle Denturck moves between confessional song and refined arrangements, where every detail counts: clear melodies, pianos and guitars that carve out space, and a singing style that seems to speak softly in your ear. In concert, their songs revolve around identity, acceptance and that personal quest that isn’t always voiced aloud. There is a classical air to the way they compose, with nods to references such as David Bowie, Elton John or Sufjan Stevens, but brought to an approachable, unpretentious realm, without pose.
