On January 16, 2027, ADÉLA brings her sharply choreographed pop world to New Century in Manchester. Born in Bratislava and shaped early by ballet training in Moscow and a stint with the Vienna State Ballet, she’s the kind of performer for whom movement isn’t decoration, it’s part of the songwriting. After relocating to London and then Los Angeles, she stepped into the spotlight via Dream Academy in 2023, later appearing in the Netflix docuseries Pop Star Academy: Katseye.
Since then, ADÉLA has been building a direct, personal, and body-forward pop language: the debut singles “Homewrecked” and “Superscar,” then a more explicitly autofictional streak with “MachineGirl” (co-produced by Grimes) and “DeathByDevotion.” With her 2025 EP The Provocateur and its pulse-heavy “SexOnTheBeat,” she leans into intricate vocal harmonies and a stage presence that doesn’t separate singing from performance. Expect a show that plays like a pop set and a dance piece at once, with the emotions right up front.
