Trois Cafés Gourmands is, first and foremost, a play of voices and harmonies: Sébastien Gourseyrol, Jérémy Pauly, and, now, Julie Santamans, gathered around an acoustic pop that loves bright guitars and choruses that linger. On stage, the trio performs songs rooted in everyday life, between childhood memories, small moments of life, steadfast friendships, and the desire to celebrate, with that luminous nostalgia that has become their signature.
Driven by a loyal audience and by tracks that have become touchstones such as 'À nos souvenirs', the group has built its trajectory album after album, from Un air de rien to La promesse, without losing the thread: simple and direct French songcraft, made to be sung together.
