If you’ve missed the news until now, IAMDDB is coming with 'The Jazz Experience' on October 30, 2026 at La Botanique in Brussels. Born in Lisbon and raised in Manchester, Diana De Brito has, since the mid-2010s, forged a distinctly personal line between alternative hip-hop, slow-paced trap, R&B, neo-soul and touches of jazz. Her writing, often halfway between rap and singing, sits on hazy, tense productions in the groove, with a real sense of silences and melodies that drift. Projects such as Waeveybby, Vibe or Hoodrich laid the groundwork, before Flightmode and its successors, where she also weaves in Portuguese passages and an Afro-diasporic palette. More recently, Love is War, Vol. 6 extends this blend into a broader format, tailor-made for the stage. Alongside her, Tasha (Natasha Klerks) completes the lineup with a British techno facet, designed to heighten the tension between dry rhythms and club tension.
