Blawan has been shaping for more than ten years a distinct techno identity, taut and physical, nourished by his past as a drummer. Under the name Jamie Roberts, he constructs sets and live performances where percussion leads the dance: dry rhythms, nerve-wracking motifs, sharp sound design, and a way of pushing the sonic material to rupture, without seeking comfort. Between UK heritage and more abrasive techno, he releases on key labels and runs his own, TERNESC, with the same rigor. On Saturday, August 8, 2026, he comes live to Berlin for the Magma Festival Afterparty at RSO.BERLIN, surrounded by Luca Eck, Garage Girls and DJ Pipe, for a night conceived around impact and detail.
