On September 25, 2026, Unreal Weekender: Night I lands at the Bootshaus in Cologne with a lineup that pushes the tempo between hardcore, techno, and trance.
DJ Mad Dog, the Roman hardcore and industrial gabber veteran Filippo Calcagni, brings his uncompromising, fast patterns and massive kicks. His tracks are often dark-toned, with melodic hooks and the cinematic tension that has accompanied him since the early Traxtorm releases and the album A Night of Madness. Live, for him, it’s all about the dancefloor: direct, hard, and structured.
From Berlin comes Afem Syko with a hybrid sound that cleanly interlocks techno drive, drum-and-bass bursts, and trance-like moments. Complementing that is BIIANCO: born in New York, based in London, between Neo-Trance, high-BPM rave, and performance elements, including vocals and instrumental elements. Completing the night are Johannes Schuster and Berlin-based DJ Nikolina, who help push the energy between peak time and high-intensity moments forward.
