Rutebeuf Theatre presents: Anne Paceo
After having captivated the audiences of Clichy during previous seasons, Anne Paceo continues her story with Clichy and returns to share her music in the intimate setting of the Léo Delibes Conservatory auditorium.
A figure in contemporary jazz and a three-time Victoire de la Musique award winner, the drummer and composer has for several years been developing a singular universe where jazz, electronic music, trance and spirituality meet. With Atlantis, she invites us on a journey inspired by marine depths, tales of navigation and the imaginary landscapes of the sunken city.
Surrounded by a sextet, she sketches sonic horizons where hypnotic pulsations, electronic textures, melodic flights and cinematic moods mingle. A free and immersive music that transports the listener beyond the boundaries of jazz.
As the Rutebeuf Theatre continues its off-site season during its renovation, Anne Paceo's presence resonates as a sign of fidelity. She chooses to reconnect with the Clichy audience, up close, for a performance of remarkable intensity.
