Diary of Dreams
Since forming in 1989, Diary of Dreams has established itself as one of the leading groups on the European dark wave and electro scene. Over the decades, the group led by vocalist and composer Adrian Hates has produced 14 studio albums, many other releases, and performed over 600 concerts in more than 40 countries, thereby building an international fan base. Their music blends electronic soundscapes, emotional depth, entrancing melodies and a distinctive atmosphere. Diary of Dreams has always prioritized direct contact with its audience.
Diary of Dreams – The Electronic Duet is a new format. Accompanied by keyboardist Felix Wunderer, Adrian Hates now presents the electronic essence of Diary of Dreams in a new form: stripped-down, yet no less intense. The fusion of electronic soundscapes, pulsating sequences, emotional depth and his unmistakable voice creates a concert experience that is both familiar and new. In this format, the songs unfold a new and original power, allowing the group's electronic roots to express themselves in a particular way. Two musicians. More than three decades of musical history. Das Ich
Das Ich are pioneers of the "Neue Deutsche Todeskunst". Their latest album, released in 2025 after years of silence, stands as a fervent testament to a civilization in decline. Built on the rubble of human achievements and broken ideals, "Fanal" warns against the specters of the past and present that haunt the ruins of our world. Through their blend of electro-symphonic sounds, expressionist lyrics and raw industrial elements, Stefan Ackermann and Bruno Kramm deliver a work that is striking both musically and thematically.
This opus continues Das Ich's tradition of linking social and philosophical themes, vivid imagery and intense music. The lyrics draw on Friedrich Nietzsche, Gottfried Benn and expressionist poetry. The album reflects the reality of the modern world, an era where societies fragment, where artificial intelligence supplants humans, and where truth becomes a matter of negotiation.
