If you're into Spanish-language pop with guitars at the forefront and sing-along choruses, Morat arrives in Madrid on October 31, 2026 at the Movistar Arena with their quartet formula: acoustic strings, vocal harmonies and songs with a classic structure that blend Latin pulse and a folk-pop vibe. Born in Bogotá in the early 2010s, Juan Pablo Isaza, Simón Vargas, Juan Pablo Villamil and Martín Vargas have been honing a direct repertoire, with melodic arrangements and romantic and narrative lyrics, where ballads and more rhythmic tracks for live performance coexist.
Their big break came in the mid-2010s with 'Mi nuevo vicio' alongside Paulina Rubio, and since then they have toured and collaborated with names from the Spanish-speaking pop scene such as Álvaro Soler, Aitana or Sebastián Yatra. In their albums, from Sobre el amor y sus efectos secundarios to Balas perdidas, A dónde vamos? and Si ayer fuera hoy, they keep the focus on the chorus hook, the guitars, the bass and even the banjo when needed: music made for large venues without losing an intimate tone.
