Royal Blood returns to France on 20 August 2026 at La Laiterie in Strasbourg. The English duo formed by Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher has carved out a place of its own with a formula as simple as it is radical: a bass that dominates the mix, a taut, nervy drum kit, and tight, live-ready tracks. Their dry, compact rock leans on sharp riffs, rising tension, and an uncompromising energy, spanning hard rock, garage, and alternative.
Since the self-titled Royal Blood album (2014), followed by How Did We Get So Dark? (2017), Typhoons (2021) and Back to the Water Below (2023), the band alternates brute efficiency with more rhythmic detours, without losing that taste for short, catchy, punchy songs. This concert promises to be a new milestone, with the prospect of a forthcoming album due later in 2026.
