Muse: « The Wow! Signal Europa Tour »

On 29 November 2026, Muse will play the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam as part of The Wow! Signal Europe Tour. The British trio – Matthew Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme and Dominic Howard – places its hybrid sound once again front and center: searing riffs alongside melodic piano, analogue synths alongside driving drums, with Bellamy’s recognisable falsetto as the guide. Since their debut Showbiz (1999) the band has gradually opened up their sound, through Origin of Symmetry, Absolution, Black Holes and Revelations and The Resistance, along the way including their own interpretations such as “Feeling Good.” That layering is at the core of this tour.

The programme features classics and new material that stretch the arc of tension: compact hooks beside expansive passages, choral voices against layered electronics, and sudden tempo shifts that pull the audience in. Live, Muse carefully constructs contrasts: from hushed intros to soaring choruses, with a rhythm section that locks every turn tightly together. In Amsterdam this reads as a set that connects the rawer early years with later textures without settling into pure nostalgia. The Wow! Signal is about movement: songs are pried open, recoloured and welded into a single, fluid sequence.
