Justin Nozuka

Justin Nozuka brings his blend of folk, soul and contemporary R&B to The Pearl, Vancouver, BC on Monday, October 19, 2026. The Canadian-American singer and songwriter first stepped into view with Holly (2007), then widened his palette on You I Wind Land and Sea (2010) and the self-produced Ulysees (2014). With Run to Waters (2018), he began leaning into more spacious, atmospheric textures, a direction extended on Daydreams & Endless Nights (2023) and Chlorine (2024).

On stage, Nozuka favors supple vocals, fingerpicked guitars and uncluttered arrangements that leave space for storytelling. His set moves between early acoustic confessionals and newer tracks shaded with subtle R&B inflections, tracing the path of a writer who pares things back to melody, phrasing and feel. Special guests are along for the ride, adding contrast without shifting the center of gravity: warm harmonies, quiet builds and lyrics anchored in everyday scenes.
