Stand Atlantic

On 23 September 2026 at Hybrydy in Warsaw, Stand Atlantic bring the pop-punk core that shaped them in Sydney and the alt-rock shades they’ve added along the way. Built around singer and guitarist Bonnie Fraser, the band set its template on the EPs A Place Apart and Sidewinder: direct guitars, melodic refrains, and writing that keeps a steady tension between drive and vulnerability. Skinny Dipping sharpened that approach; Pink Elephant made it denser and more upfront, opening to contemporary textures. With f.e.a.r., the rhythms shift more abruptly and electronics are woven into the structure; Was Here (2024) extends this hybrid path without losing the melodic spine.

On stage, these evolutions land as compact, high-strung songs that switch between impact and release. The set moves across their catalog, from early pop-punk bite to the newer, more abrasive cuts, with guitars taking the lead, a tight rhythm section, and electronic elements used as accents. Fraser’s voice holds the center, carrying hooks and grit in equal measure. Hybrydy hosts the band for a Warsaw date anchored in that trajectory.
