Honeymoon Suite

Honeymoon Suite brings their Canadian melodic hard rock to Winnipeg on July 30, 2026 at Burton Cummings Theatre. Born in the early 80s around singer Johnnie Dee and guitarist Derry Grehan, the band forged a tight mix of guitar hooks, vocal harmonies and AOR sheen that landed them on FM radio and big stages across Canada. Live, they thread the punch of New Girl Now with the slick, keyboard-laced textures that shaped The Big Prize and Racing After Midnight, balancing riffs and choruses without losing momentum.

The set reaches beyond the 80s too, folding in the moodier turn of Monsters Under the Bed and the later cuts from Lemon Tongue and Clifton Hill, which keep their roots while tightening the edges.
