Chico Chico

Chico Chico arrives in Milan on December 10, 2026, at Circolo Arci Bellezza with a live show that places the song and the meeting of MPB, rock, blues and folk at the center. Born in Rio de Janeiro in 1993 as Francisco Ribeiro Eller, he grew up in the city's music scene and drew attention with 2x0 Vargem Alta in 2015. His trajectory then became more personal, alternating between solo work and collaborations: the duo with João Mantuano (2021 album) and Onde? with Francisco Gil (2020) establish a musical vocabulary that unites Brazilian popular tradition and singer-songwriter craft.

The setlist brings together the directions opened by his albums Pomares (2021), Estopim (2024) and Let it Burn/Deixa Arder (2025): songs that move from a fractured samba to folk ballads, with voice and acoustic guitar at the forefront, spare arrangements and direct phrasing. Son of Cássia Eller and bassist Tavinho Fialho, Chico Chico carries that legacy into an essential, fluid sound where rock converses with MPB without frills. Over the years he has shared stage and studio with Ana Cañas, Maria Bethânia, Nando Reis and Mário Lúcio; live in Milan the set aims for intimacy and storytelling, mixing new songs with pieces from his recent repertoire.
