Waylon Wyatt brings his plainspoken country storytelling to SWG3 Glasgow on 23 November 2026. Raised in Hackett, Arkansas, the singer-songwriter blends country, red dirt, folk and americana into songs built around voice, guitar and careful wording. He first surfaced when Everything Under the Sun took off on TikTok, leading to two EPs that set the tone: Til the Sun Goes Down (2024), with sparse acoustic frames and titles like Arkansas Diamond and Phoning Heaven, and Out of the Blue (2025), which opens to a tighter band feel and snapshots pulled from the road.

His writing nods to Tyler Childers, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Turnpike Troubadours and Wyatt Flores, with a taste for cadence that hints at hip-hop’s influence. Themes of family, grief, faith and small-town details sit at the core, carried by a warm drawl and unadorned arrangements. On stage, Wyatt moves from hushed confessionals to a steadier drive, weaving new material with the songs that sparked his rise. Collaborations with Bayker Blankenship, Willow Avalon and Wyatt Flores have widened his palette, but the focus stays on the stories and the pulse of guitar and voice.
