Puscifer

Puscifer, the shape-shifting project led by Maynard James Keenan alongside Tool and A Perfect Circle, treats the studio like a lab where alternative rock meets electronic textures and trip-hop atmospheres. Built as a fluid collective with long-time partners Carina Round and Mat Mitchell, the band moves through slow, weighty grooves, abrasive guitars, shadowed programming and stacked vocals. From V Is for Vagina to Conditions of My Parole and Money Shot, then Existential Reckoning, Puscifer has refined a more melodic and narrative angle without dropping its taste for experimentation.

On 28 October 2026 at Klub Stodoła in Warsaw, the project brings that world to the stage as a multimedia show: video backdrops, small scripted moments and a performative setup that frames the songs rather than decorating them. Keenan and Round’s voices interlock at the center, shifting from close harmonies to call-and-response, while Mitchell’s guitar and synth work thread tension and release. The set typically pivots between minimal, synth-led passages and heavier, cinematic layers, drawing lines across the catalogue without settling into nostalgia. It’s a live format built for contrast and detail, where writing, sound design and visuals move together.
