On 14 November 2026 at The Garage, London, Syd Matters takes the stage with the project led by French singer and composer Jonathan Morali. Known for intimate folk writing and hazy arrangements, the band shapes a distinct sound around warm vocals, fingerpicked guitars and discreet electronics. Songs like Black & White Eyes, Obstacles, To All Of You and I Might Float trace a line between bedroom intimacy and slow collective lift. Morali’s parallel work for film, theatre, animation and video games, including the Life Is Strange soundtrack, has widened the palette, bringing a cinematic sense of space and texture to the live set. In concert, the group moves from fragile ballads to patient, layered builds, leaving room for melody and detail without overstatement.
