Nectar Woode draws on her British-Ghanaian roots to write songs that sit between neo-soul, folk, jazz and gospel. Her music leans on stripped-back arrangements, a nuanced voice and melodies that keep the focus on storytelling, linking the UK soul scene with an acoustic songwriter’s sensibility. Emerging through independent soul and jazz circles, she has built her live presence across venues and festivals where intimacy and conversation with the audience matter as much as the performance. Alongside her own projects, she curates a monthly slot with the Women in Jazz collective on Soho Radio, giving space to artists who don’t always find it elsewhere, and explores collaborative formats that connect music with dialogue.

Notion, Bristol-born DJ and producer, comes from the UK club continuum, folding garage, bassline, house and breaks into tracks built for the dancefloor. His productions and sets balance dense basslines, brisk tempos and vocal cuts that swing between pop hooks and raw rave energy. Active since the early 2010s, he has moved from bass music circuits toward a more direct, club-ready approach, alternating original releases with remixes and edits. Through his Dance Dubs project he extends the logic of his mixes with bootlegs tailored for peak-time pressure, while recent releases include a take on Chrystal’s The Days.
