Info
Finger Eleven and Adema team up for a rock double bill at Rock City, Nottingham, on 6 November 2026. Two bands shaped by the 2000s alternative scene, both still pushing a blend of weight and melody built for the stage.
From Burlington, Ontario, Finger Eleven moved from their Rainbow Butt Monkeys beginnings to a darker, tighter alternative rock. Tip and The Greyest of Blue Skies set the tone, followed by the self-titled album and Them vs. You vs. Me, refining their balance of massive guitars, punchy rhythms and spacious breaks. On stage, they lean into contrast: riffs that hit hard, grooves that lock in, and choruses that stay in the head without losing bite—an approach they’ve kept honing through Life Turns Electric and Five Crooked Lines.
Bakersfield’s Adema channels nu metal and alternative metal with a straight-ahead, melodic edge. Built on thick guitars, direct hooks and a strong rhythmic pulse, the band has navigated line-up changes while keeping its core anchored around Tim Fluckey, Dave DeRoo and Kris Kohls, with Mike Ransom back in the fold. Recent releases like The Cerberus show that mix of tension and accessibility still intact. Live, expect tight crunch, clear vocals and songs that go straight to the point.
