On 4 December 2026 at Electric Bristol, Westside Cowboy bring their lean, melodic strain of “Britainicana” to the stage. The UK quartet of Reuben Haycocks, James Bradbury, Aoife Anson O’Connell and Paddy Murphy writes collectively, tracing a line between country, indie rock and art rock. Broad melodies ride on nervy guitars and an unvarnished sound that keeps the edges intact. Their January 2026 EP, So Much Country ’Till We Get There, recorded in New York with producer Loren Humphrey, sharpens that blend of rock tension, folk-country inflexions and straightforward hooks without chasing American pastiche.

Live, Westside Cowboy push the songs toward their most direct, abrasive core: guitars bite, rhythms stay tight, and the choruses stick. After a quick-building run of UK dates in 2026, US shows in late 2025, and shared bills with Geese and Black Country, New Road, the band has road-tested this set across rooms and festivals like Glastonbury, Green Man and End of the Road.
