Now Wave presents Fcukers at New Century on 21 May 2026. The New York electronic project pairs singer Shanny Wise, once the voice of The Shacks, with bassist and producer Jackson Walker Lewis, ex‑Spud Cannon. What began as late‑night house instrumentals in 2022 has grown into a lean live format where bass, drum programming and Wise’s cool, direct delivery lock into club‑ready patterns without losing a band’s physical feel. A first show in 2023 led to Mothers, then the Baggy$$ EP on Technicolour/Ninja Tune in 2024, sharpening their mix of low‑end pressure and concise hooks across Bon Bon, Homie Don’t Shake and Tommy. Along the way, the duo has recut Los Angeles by Lol Tolhurst, Budgie and Jacknife Lee with James Murphy, and Porij’s Marmite, and road‑tested the set while opening for Tame Impala in 2025. With debut album Ö announced for 2026 on Ninja Tune, Fcukers arrive with a tight, bass‑forward show that pulls indie instincts toward the floor and keeps the groove in focus.
