On 15 June 2026 at Concorde 2, Brighton, thrown bring their Stockholm-forged metal/hardcore to the stage. Formed in the early 2020s out of the local scene, the band writes compact tracks built on drop-tuned riffs, tightly syncopated grooves and a raw, shouted delivery. Their lyrics probe anxiety, anger and frayed relationships, with refrains that hit more like chants than melodies. Spotted by Arising Empire, thrown sketched out their approach with the 2022 EP Extended Pain, then kept the momentum with new singles and tours across Scandinavia and mainland Europe.

Live, the focus is impact: dense guitars locked to a heavy rhythm section, abrupt structures that cut straight to breakdowns, and a collective energy built for movement rather than ornament.
