Bilmuri brings the genre-blending vision of Johnny Franck, former member of Attack Attack!, to O2 Academy Brixton in London on 27 June 2026. Built as a solo studio project with a flexible live lineup, Bilmuri moves between post-hardcore, melodic metalcore and emo-pop, mixing in lighter pop-rock, electronic textures and flashes of brass. Over time the writing has shifted from heavier, riff-led tracks to more sung, hook-driven songs, with lyrics that balance online references and introspective themes. On stage, that mix lands in sharp grooves, elastic dynamics and choruses that stick without overstatement.
Sharing the bill, Melbourne outfit Thornhill shape a modern metalcore sound rooted in weighty guitars, sleek dynamics and shadowy atmospheres. From the progressive tilt of The Dark Pool to the more alternative colours of Heroine, they thread 90s/2000s rock and nu metal influences into a framework that plays on contrast: melodic, soaring vocals against denser, abrasive edges. Together, the two acts map a space where post-hardcore, alt metal and pop instincts meet, with enough tension and release to keep the room moving.
