Robert Jon & the Wreck

Robert Jon & The Wreck roll into O2 Academy Liverpool on 4 October 2026 with a sound forged between Southern rock, blues rock and a dash of Americana. Led by singer-guitarist Robert Jon Burrison, the California outfit builds songs around interlocking guitars, stacked harmonies and a grounded groove. On stage, their set moves from soul-leaning ballads and mid-tempo numbers to rougher cuts that leave space for guitar conversations and responsive vocals, always geared for the live moment.

Active since the early 2010s, the band first cut its teeth on the independent circuit, touring hard across the US before making steady inroads on European stages. That groundwork fed a catalogue that runs from Glory Bound and Good Life Pie to the more expansive Last Light on the Highway and Shine a Light on Me Brother, where richer arrangements and horn colours widened the palette. Their arrival on Journeyman Records led to Ride Into the Light in 2023, confirming a way of revisiting American rock traditions with attention to arrangement, melody and the energy that comes from the road.
