Christophe Maé returns to the Festival de Carcassonne for a performance at the Théâtre Jean Deschamps on July 18, 2026. A singer and musician who passed through the cast of Le Roi Soleil before establishing his debut album Mon paradis, he has built a repertoire conceived for the stage, blending Francophone pop, acoustic groove and touches of soul. Guitar, harmonica, percussion: the backbone is simple and effective, propelled by familiar, sing‑along choruses. From "On s’attache" to "Il est où le bonheur", via "Tombé sous le charme", his songs follow one another with tight arrangements and a tempo that invites the audience to join in. A regular at Carcassonne, he mixes classics and more recent tracks in a compact set that leaves room for the public.
