Major League Djz presents « Echoes of Tomorrow »

On 5 June 2026 at Chinois Ibiza, Major League DJz unveil Echoes of Tomorrow, a set conceived as a bridge between Johannesburg and the White Isle. Behind the decks, twins Bandile and Banele Mbere shape a club-oriented sound nourished by amapiano and open to afro-house, 3-step and deeper electronic textures. Their signature rests on percussion at the forefront, supple basslines and progressive buildups that establish a calm tension before the rhythmic explosion.

Echoes of Tomorrow draws on the codes that have defined their trajectory: hypnotic grooves, a restrained tribal energy without overload, and a sense of tempo inherited as much from Johannesburg clubs as from international stages. At the heart of the concept, the Mask of Africa serves as a visual and symbolic landmark, a red thread linking South African heritage to a sound crafted for the global dancefloor.

Known for their filmed formats Balcony Mix Africa and Piano City and for releases on Untitled Audio, Major League DJz shift their center of gravity across sets, allowing amapiano to converse with other African electronic forms.
