Sina Bathaie « White Lotus World Tour »

On 9 July 2026 at Kulttuuritehdas Korjaamo in Helsinki, Finland, Iranian-Canadian multi-instrumentalist, producer and composer Sina Bathaie brings the White Lotus World Tour, an expanded chapter after his 2025 Shade of Memory run. Known for improvisation and a dialogue between Eastern traditions and contemporary electronics, he sculpts live soundscapes where modal melodies meet pulsing synths and beats. Centered on the shimmering timbre of the santur and the warm grain of the oud, his set moves between driven rhythmic sections and more intimate, acoustic passages.

Bathaie presents new works and reimagined themes shaped on stage, stretching motifs in the moment, letting textures breathe, then tightening into precise grooves. Trained on santur, tar and oud, he folds Persian phrasing into electronica and progressive house structures without losing the acoustic core. After tours across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, he arrives with a catalogue honed for the live space: melodic, layered, and built for both deep listening and movement.
