Danny Saucedo

Danny Saucedo plays Djurönäset in Djurhamn on 25 July 2026. A Swedish pop singer and songwriter born in Stockholm in 1986, he first came to light in Idol 2006 before launching a solo run with Heart Beats and Set Your Body Free. Those early records leaned into europop and dance-pop, built on direct hooks and sharp, rhythmic production. In parallel, he formed the trio E.M.D. with Erik Segerstedt and Mattias Andréasson, a chapter that added another angle to his pop toolkit.

From the mid-2010s, Danny pivoted toward Swedish-language material with a more personal tone, heard on Hör vad du säger men jag har glömt vad du sa and the album TRETTIOSEX. His route through Melodifestivalen (In the Club in 2011, Amazing in 2012, Dandi dansa in 2021, Happy That You Found Me in 2024) shaped writing that works both on TV and on stage. In concert, he draws across eras, mixing English and Swedish tracks with melodies up front and grooves built for movement.
