Lake Street Dive

Lake Street Dive bring their blend of pop, soul, jazz and folk to Raiffeisen Halle in Vienna, Austria on 4 October 2026. Led by vocalist Rachael Price with Bridget Kearney on bass, Mike Calabrese on drums, Akie Bermiss on keys and James Cornelison on guitar, the band builds songs around close harmonies, precise melodies and an easy sense of groove. Across Bad Self Portraits (2014), Side Pony (2016) and Obviously (2021), they have shaped a sound that stays warm and clear while leaving space for playful turns. Their 2024 album Good Together, nominated for a Grammy, extends that path with writing that looks at today’s tensions with a light, lucid touch and keeps connection and movement at the center.

On stage, Lake Street Dive shift from pocket soul to bright pop with unforced transitions, letting arrangements breathe and pushing each chorus with tight unisons and call-and-response. Setlists often fold new tracks into earlier songs, balancing hooks with small instrumental details. The interplay sits at the core: bass lines that carry hooks, drums that leave room, keys that color the chords and a voice that ties the whole thing together.
