Eivor Summer Tour 2026

Eivør brings her Summer Tour to Tama in Poznań, Poland on 2 August 2026. Raised in the Faroe Islands, she has shaped a blend of Nordic folk, pop, hints of jazz and pared back electronics since the late 90s. On stage she moves from traditional phrasing to contemporary songwriting, switching between Faroese, English and Icelandic, and letting language and rhythm set the arc of the set. Songs from Slør, Segl and the recent Enn meet earlier titles, rearranged with space for breath, percussion and low, droning textures. The live flow shifts between intimate ballads and darker, beat-driven passages, keeping focus on timbre, pulse and storytelling rather than sheer volume.

Years spent in Reykjavik and collaborations with ensembles like Yggdrasil surface in the way she treats harmony and space: open lines, careful counterpoint and a taste for slow-build tension. Folk roots remain close, but production details bring a modern edge without crowding the voice. In Poznań, Eivør traces this path in a set that moves with ease from whispered fragments to rougher contours, holding a steady thread through melody and mood.
