Monochromi#20: Durdenhauer

On 29 May 2026, Monochromi#20 installs itself at the Petit Salon in Lyon for a night that decidedly leans toward the hard side. On the bill: three acts and three ways to ignite the dancefloor: Hitmiløw, Elotrance and Durdenhauer.

Hitmiløw lays out a six-deck setup, delivering a precise, taut style that crosses hard trance, hard dance and hard groove. Sharp cuts, rhythmic overlays and precision-timed accelerations: his on-deck approach plays on contrasts and keeps the pressure firmly in place.

Elotrance turns up the dial on the trance and hard dance side. Direct selections, taut buildups and synthetic lines: a set designed to raise the temperature without losing focus.

A change of angle comes with Durdenhauer, a French DJ and producer who explores sampled vocals and restrained tempos. He first came to prominence through his edits and slowed-down reinterpretations; he weaves narrative sets from hypnotic layers, straddling ambient, leftfield house and club pulsations, where textures and melodic fragments take the lead.
