On June 26, 2026 at L’Alhambra in Paris, Faouzia will present her debut album Film Noir on stage. A singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist trained in classical music, the Moroccan-Canadian made her breakthrough with “Tears of Gold,” before following with notable collaborations with John Legend, David Guetta, Kelly Clarkson and Martin Solveig. Her writing blends straightforward pop, R&B textures, more acoustic impulses and a taste for cinematic atmospheres. Carried by an immediately recognizable voice and Arabic inflections, in both English and French, she unfolds dense storytelling that fully comes alive in concert. Recently independent, she defends Film Noir as a turning point: songs with pronounced emotional depth, taut arrangements and a precise performance that builds on her trajectory—from her early covers to international stages, including her participation on the show Singer in China in 2024.
