NTO, Joachim Pastor

On 22 May 2026, NTO and Joachim Pastor will arrive at Circolo Magnolia in Novegro–Tregarezzo (MI), two key figures from the Hungry Music roster, for an evening where techno meets clear melodies and stretched progressions.

NTO, a producer from Marseille, builds a sound defined by progressive crescendos, wide basslines and harmonic themes with an almost instrumental pop flavor. Having emerged from the club scene of southern France, he soon turned to composition, refining a style that sits between techno and electronica. Tracks such as “Trauma” and “Petit matin” showcase his work on dynamics and synthetic textures, often conceived over extended durations. After a string of EPs, he released the album Apnea in 2021, which opened the door to more detailed arrangements and vocal incursions. On stage he performs live electronic sets, adapting tracks into extended formats geared toward the dancefloor.

Joachim Pastor, a French DJ and producer trained at the Conservatory of Versailles, brings a melodic vision at the crossroads of techno, house and electronica. In the studio he focuses on harmony and melodic themes, employing crisp synths, vocals treated as textural elements and a selective use of acoustic instruments. In 2021 he released the album Greater Message, a synthesis of his long-form work. In his sets he builds progressive structures, alternating more atmospheric passages with direct sequences, with a strong emphasis on his own compositions.
